HEC Paris processes your data to manage the commencement ceremony. This processing is based on the HEC Paris legitimate interest to celebrate the end of your academic life. The data categories processed are identity, images/videos, school life elements, connection data and tracers. The data are kept for 1 year and then archived for 4 years. They are processed by the HEC Paris relevant departments and its providers. For the hosting and maintenance of their platform, although HEC Paris' providers choose a hosting within the European Union, they may use international company solutions and as such your data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union.
