HEC Paris collects this personal data in order to manage the commencement ceremony.  

This processing is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of HEC Paris.  

The collected data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to meet HEC Paris' legal obligations, namely 1 year after the commencement ceremony and then archived for 4 years.

You acknowledge and accept that your personal data may be processed outside the European Union, particularly for service delivery, diagnostics, maintenance, and development of the tools, EVENTMAKER, used by HEC Paris.
