Registration procedure

The 3 key steps to registration

Registration to the Departure Ceremony is mandatory, whether you participate or not to this event, we thank you to fill in the registration form. You have received a personalized link on your HEC email address*. 

1/ Check your data, fill in a second email if you want.  
Please indicate your choice of whether or not to participate in the Ceremony.  

2/ Create your account: login and password 
Please confirm the activation of your account via the email received, in order to access the form.

Opening of the registration platform from February 19 to April 5, 2024. 
Fill in your choice and register your 2 guests on the platform. 
Your access will allow you to access the registration platform until it closes on April 5, 2024. 

3/ Once the registration is validated,  you can modify your guests until April 5, 2024, the closing date of the platform. A confirmation of registration is sent by email. The invitations will be sent from April 15, 2024 and you will be able to find them in your personal space. The student is responsible for downloading and transferring the invitations to his guests. 

Within the framework of the Vigipirate plan, a control is carried out via the Gen Code found on the invitations (paper or digital format). Invitations can be checked at several points during the Ceremony. 

* Students who are not participating in the ceremony will not receive invitations for outsiders nor have the permission to give their invitations to classmates. Each seat is nominative, and the guests are linked to each student.

Due to the number of registrations to date, the module of additional places is open and limited to the capacity of the marquee.
Please send your request for an additional place to the the commencement ceremony team from April 5 to April 15, 2024 at :

Each request will be studied and you will receive a reply by April 22, 2024. As a reminder, and for reasons of fairness, we will only grant one additional place to each applicant, within the limit of available places.

We advise you to consult the ceremony website regularly, as information concerning the day's program will be published there between now and the day of your Ceremony.

All requests will be resolved as soon as possible. 

Any questions related to an academic issue should be addressed to the school office. The ceremony team will only be responsible for the organization of the event.

As a reminder: minors are under the responsibility and supervision of their parents and chaperones.
HEC Paris cannot be held responsible for any incident or accident of any kind involving a minor.

Places under the marquee are reserved in priority for guests accompanied by children under the age of 3. Above this age, a nominative invitation is required.
As a reminder, you can request additional places from April 15.

All administrative questions (visas, certificates, diplomas, etc.) should be addressed to the school office.

The ceremony team will be only responsible for the organization of the event.

The Day of the Event

Where and how can I get my ceremony gown?

The first floor of the J building will be available to pick up the ceremonial clothes and to get dressed. We will specify the modalities to collect them.

The students dressed in their gowns, caps and scarves, form a procession before the beginning of the Ceremony, from the M building to the marquee, accompanied by their professors.

Lunch will be provided at the following locations on the HEC campus in Jouy-en-Josas.

  • Main HEC restaurant building N:

         Friday 7: 11:30 am - 1:45 pm
         Saturday 8: 11:30 am - 1:30 pm

  • Galerie Nord Cafeteria (Bat’Zet):

         Friday 7: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
         Saturday 8: 11:00 am - 2:30 pm

  • Building S Cafeteria:

         Friday 7: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
         Saturday 8: 10:00 am - 2:30 pm

  • Bar Club building W1:

         Friday 7: closed
         Saturday 8: closed

  • Foodtrucks 

*Accepted payment methods: student card, credit card and cash.
