Below you'll find all the information you need for the Departure Ceremony.

Accommodation

Accommodation is the responsibility of the students and their guests. 

Catering is at the expense of the student and his/her guests.

You can have lunch on site at the following catering outlets on the HEC Jouy-en-Josas campus:

HEC Paris main restaurant, building N :
Friday 7: 11:30am-1:45pm
Saturday 8: 11:30am-1:30pm

Galerie Nord cafeteria (Bat'Zet):
Friday 7: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Saturday 8th: 11:00am-2:30pm

Cafeteria building S :
Friday 7: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Saturday 8th: 10.00am - 2.30pm

Bar Club building W1 :
Friday 7 : closed
Saturday 8: closed

* Payment options: student card, credit card and cash.

All administrative questions (visas, certificates, diplomas, etc.) should be addressed to the school office.

The ceremony team will be only responsible for the organization of the event.

As a reminder: minors are under the responsibility and supervision of their parents and chaperones.
HEC Paris cannot be held responsible for any incident or accident of any kind involving a minor.

Places under the marquee are reserved in priority for guests accompanied by children under the age of 3. Above this age, a nominative invitation is required.
As a reminder, you can request additional places from April 5 to 15, 2024.

Photographers will be on hand on the ceremony day to take group and individual photos. 

There is no specific dress code for guests at the graduation ceremony. 

Normally, parents should wear elegant clothing to attend graduation. 

(Most men choose to wear suits, and women dresses or suits similar to those worn by graduates, but this is a personal choice).
