Any questions about the 

ceremony ?

Parking will be available free of charge throughout the campus. Our teams will guide you as soon as you arrive.

Parents and guests should wear elegant clothing to attend graduation ceremonies. Most men choose to wear suits, and women wear dresses or suits similar to those worn by graduates, but this is a personal choice.

Photographers will be present on the day to take group photos and individual photos.

No, graduates will be seated on the field. Guest seating is general admission, first-come, first-served.

At 1:15 pm.

Ceremony runs approximately 3 hours, depending on the number of students graduating.

Commencement is held rain or shine.

Accommodation is the responsibility of students and their guests.

Meals are at the expense of the future graduate and their guests. You can have lunch on site at the following dining options on the HEC campus in Jouy-en-Josas:

  • Galerie Nord Cafeteria (Bat’Zet):
